Portege M780 tablet – Latest addition to Toshiba Portege series laptops
Toshiba adds a new member to its Portege laptop series, named as Toshiba Portege M780. It has 12.1 inch touch screen that can be rotated, which allows users to work faster and better. It also supports 1200×800 resolution and light-emitting diode illumination for higher visibility.
Toshiba Portege M780 tablet acts as a sales tool, allowing user to easily & quickly create presentations. Measurement of this amazing gadget is 305 x 239 x 39.4 mm and overall weight is about 2 kg. It is also an ideal solution for business users. The tablet boasts a rugged case with a spill-resistant keyboard. Portege M780 also features Toshiba’s 3D accelerometer, for avoiding data loss and protecting hard disk. This tablet computer is ENERGY STAR 5.0 certified.
M780 tablet comes with Intel Core i3 or Core i5 processors. This reliable tablet has up to 8 GB of DDR 3 RAM memory at 1,066 Mhz frequency. It also supports hard drive or SSD, DVD burner, fingerprint reader, HD webcam, Wireless and Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR. Toshiba Portege M780 tablet offer multi-touch support with Windows 7 gestures. With its eSATA and two USB 2.0 ports, user can get connected to other mobile gadgets.
Toshiba also launched three new business notebooks, Tecra M11, S11 and A11. These notebooks come with Intel Core i3, Intel Core i5 and Intel Core i7 and has storage capacity up to 8 GB DDR3. All three notebooks are equipped with a spill-resistant keyboard and are certified with ENERGY STAR 5.0 label.
Portege M780 will be available in second quarter of year in Africa, Middle East and Europe but pricing is yet not confirmed.
