Orange today officially announced to exclusively range Toshiba TG01 in UK from July 10th(i.e tomorrow). With widest high-definition touch-screen yet on a mobile, TG01 provides users with a cinematic viewing experience on a handheld device.

TG01 comes with an exclusive pre-loaded film trailer of forthcoming summer blockbuster “GI Joe” and you’ll watching it on a 4.1” W-VGA screen, a perfect size for watching TV, videos and pictures in high quality. Its latest chipset technology bridges the gap between notebook and mobile and is first handset to be sold in UK with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 1GHz processing power to offer fast mobile internet connectivity.

Being first handset from Toshiba to be part of Orange’s successful Signature Series, it comes with quick links such as Orange TV & Video (which recommends great video content like Sky 24/7 Football), Orange Maps (Orange’s own sat nav service which utilizes the TG01’s inbuilt AGPS), and Orange World (Orange’s own mobile internet portal), and many more…

Francois Mathieu, Director of Devices, Orange UK said “We’re really pleased to have teamed up with Toshiba to bring TG01 exclusively to the UK. We believe TG01 is a prime example of manufacturer innovation, and is a device that is at the very top of its game which will allow users to make the most from their mobile experience.”
