Opera Mobile 10 Beta now available for Windows Mobile Devices
Norwegian software maker Opera is bringing latest beta 10 version of its custom mobile browser application to Windows Mobile powered devices. It’s a full S60-native alternative web browser to S60 Webkit version and more polished version of recently released Opera Mini 5 Beta. It’s web browser for high-end phones which can be installed on Windows Mobile and Nokia smartphones.
Finally, Windows Mobile users would be able to download a beta version of mobile web browser. According to the developers, with this release they’re able to offer consistent user experience across all the various platforms which support their Opera browsers even desktop.
New design comes with a set of amazing features like improved user interface, Speed Dial, bookmarking and tabbed browsing elements. Speed Dial, the popular feature pioneered in desktop browser. Now, it has been ported to Opera Mobile and appears when start the browser. Open a new tab or select Start Page from the menu, it’ll give you fast access to your favorite sites. There’s a login manager and an option for server-side compression Opera Turbo.
The slick interface includes touch-friendly keyboard and tabbed browsing. On the performance side, new version promises to be much speedier than last one with speedier zoom, 50% faster page downloading and fast browsing which is helpful in reducing your monthly mobile data bill.
