ODROID Android gaming device developer version sells out

A few months back, Hard Kernel announced developer version of ODROID Android-powered portable gaming device. And the hot news is that the first batch of ODROID Android developer edition units have been sold out completely.

ODROID device comes with 12 buttons, 4 of which are direction pad. The Odroid gaming device offers 833MHz Samsung S5PC100 processor same as in iPhone 3GS, 512MB of RAM, a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen with 320 x 480 resolution, Bluetooth, a mini-HDMI port that supports HDMI out with functionality for watching videos & playing games on an HD television and Wi-Fi. Other specifications includes SD card slot with an 8GB card for storage, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a download/charger cable, serial console debugging board and batteries.

Meanwhile sales of global developer model will begin from late November and device sells for the equivalent of around $320. The consumer version of ODROID Android gaming is expected to hit in December at around $250.
