Magellan RoadMate 1700: A 7-inch display GPS

While there have been a few devices released in five-inch and six-inch range, we expect more XL sized GPS devices to come out this fall. It looks like Magellan is coming with it’s super-sized GPS soon. Named as Magellan RoadMate 1700, this GPS will be available at a few retailers including Best Buy.

Quite similar to other recent RoadMate models this device has one large exception, a seven inch display! This would really help to see the maps in a wider sense.

This portable GPS receiver features:
