Lenovo four new ThinkPad notebooks get Intel CoreTM Dual-Core processors
Lenovo has officially announced four latest ThinkPad T series notebooks named as T410s, T410, T510, and W510 mobile workstation. All these notebooks are best for higher levels of performance and productivity to business users. These are based on Intel dual core, Intel Core i5 and Core i7 processors. They provide more energy efficient performance, faster multi-tasking performance and greater manageability for IT departments. Latest laptops extend individual productivity with ThinkPad’s 22 hour battery life, increased multitouch screen options and a single wireless broadband solution with Qualcomm Gobi 2000 module.
The T410s notebook provides a super thin and light enterprise design with full-performance for extremely mobile users. It is portable notebook with great battery life and professional-grade security & support. ThinkPad T410s has 14-inch display with resolution of 1440×900 pixels and multitouch support. It also has choices of HDD or SSD storage, WiFi b/g/n and up to 8GB of RAM. T410s is powered by a choice of Intel Core i5-520M and i5-540M processors. Dimensions of this notebook is 21.1×337×241.5 mm with 6-cell battery and weight is 1.77kg with optical drive.
Lenovo ThinkPad T410 and T510 notebooks are ultimate combination of performance, portability and energy efficiency. Both are designed for full performance for business users. T410 has 14.1-inch LED display and T510 has 15-inch anti-glare LED display. Both come with Intel Core i7-620M processors, long battery life with optional Slice 9-cell battery and next generation easy-to-use keyboard.
Lenovo ThinkPad W510 is high performance mobile workstation that fits the needs of professionals. It is ISV-certified and ultimate performance workstation with latest technology. It has up to Intel Core i5 processor, integrated color calibrator, 95% NTSC gamut and multitouch panel. It has up to 16GB of DDR3 memory and up to 22 hours of battery life.
ThinkPad T410s, T410, T510 and W510 laptops are available for sale on January 7, 2010 through business partners and Lenovo.com. Pricing for models starts approximately at $1,399 and $1,599 for the T410s and W510 respectively. The price of ThinkPad T410 and T510 is $999.
