MSI announces award winning ultra portable X-Slim X620 notebook
MSI officially adds a latest slim notebook, MSI X-Slim X620 to its X-Slim Series of notebooks. After launching Wind Top AE2220 desktop PC, this 15.6″ latest masterpiece, X-Slim X620, is a winner of 2010 German iF product design award. It features a built-in optical drive and ATi Mobility Radeon HD 5430 3D discrete graphics card (1GB DDR3 VRAM). Its Intel Core 2 Duo processor provide an ultra long lasting battery life up to 11 hours.

MSI X-Slim X620 has a unique frame design with color film print coating and elegant silver borders. True portable laptop measures 39.2 x 25.5 x 3.63 cm and weighs 2.41kg. It supports Chiclet keyboard, so that user can experience smooth text entry. It helps in reducing keyboard noise and also prevents inadvertent pressing of other keys. X-Slim X620 includes a built-in multi-point touch-pad. While viewing images and Web pages, a user with his two fingers can reduce, enlarge, rotate images or even control page scrolling. The top part of touch-pad has a lock that disables it on demand.
Its Core 2 Duo processor consumes less power and enhance performance by allowing it to run multiple simultaneous applications very smoothly. The sharp 16:9, 15.6-inch LED-backlit glossy screen gives high-resolution, amazing colors and ultra-realistic visual effects. X620 laptop comes equipped with SRS Premium Sound for immersive and realistic audiovisual experience. ECO engine technology allows user to choose from five power management modes. If any application requires high-performance power in image processing, then press 3D Boost button and X620 will automatically switch to high-performance external display mode. Battery button is used, when there’s need of long battery life.
MSI X-Slim X620 is lightweight and portable. The thickness of 9.5mm DVD Super-Multi drive is 25% less than conventional optical drive. It also includes a number of exclusive software packages by MSI. Pricing and availability of MSI X-Slim X620 laptop is yet not confirmed.
