Cisco Unified IP 521G is an affordable and entry-level IP phone with flourishing features that meets basic requirements of any small business. Unified IP 521G is a single-line IP phone from Cisco Unified IP Phone 500 Series with two call line appearances. Other IP phones included in this series are 521SG, 524G, and 524SG. It is designed to be used with Cisco’s Unified Communications 500 Series, as well as other Business VoIP services. Unified IP 521G (CP-521G) comes equipped with four dynamic soft keys that provide one-touch access to conference, redial, hold, and call transfer. Fixed feature keys provide access to full-duplex speakerphone, mute, voicemail, and headset. It also has a menu key to access directory, call history, user preferences, network settings, restart, and factory reset.

Backlit pixel-based 128 x 64 monochrome LCD graphical display gives device system information and calling information at fingertips. Unified IP 521G can also be used with productivity-enhancing features like VoiceView Express and directory search. 521G IP phone can be network switch with PoE (Power over Ethernet) or by optional power adapter.
