Samsung Shark series S5350, S5550 and S3550 multimedia phones debut
After revealing the touchscreen giant Omnia II, Samsung is here with a new debut series in social networking phones, named as Samsung Shark. This new Samsung Shark series of mobile phones includes Shark (S5350), Shark 2 (S5550) and Shark 3 (S3550). These phones are designed to meet needs of multimedia enthusiasts, who want to connect with their friends and family via social networking sites. All these phones have advanced multimedia capabilities and special software tools, so that user can easily access Facebook, Bebo, MySpace and many other favorite sites.
Samsung Shark S5350 is a 11.9mm thin candybar that features QVGA display, 3.2 MP camera, HSDPA with 100 MB of internal memory and Micro SD card support for memory expansion. Users can also choose from a variety of themes to suit their personal style. For immediate communication, it also has a Multi-instant messenger. Dimensions of Samsung Shark S5350 are 115×47×12 mm and weighs about 100g.
Samsung Shark 2 S5550 is a trendy slider phone . It comes with a 5 mega-pixel camera, nice AMOLED screen, 110MB internal memory and an external Micro SD slot (up to 8GB). Like Shark, it also supports Multi-instant messenger for chat. Dimensions of Samsung Shark 2 (S5550) are 102×49×15 mm with 100g weight. Users can upload and share photos with help of Samsung Communities software(SNS).
Samsung Shark 3 S3550, a basic slider phone comes equipped with a 2 MP camera, 40 MB of internal memory and a Micro SD card slot(up to 8GB). It is a slim and sleek phone with new innovative UI features and one soft key for intuitive navigation. Patterned metallic back cover gives the phone a stylish look. It will give a fast connectivity to social networks. Dimensions of Samsung Shark 3 S3550 are 96×46×14 mm and weight is 80g. Shark 3 has Instant Messenger and SNS shortcut menu also.
The Shark Series will keep users up-to-date with latest news and information. This series provide a Mobile Tracker, for safety purpose which helps to trace a lost or stolen mobile. Samsung Shark series S5350, S5550 and S3550 will be available later this month but pricing is yet not confirmed.
