Canon launches six new LCD Multimedia Projectors

Canon U.S.A., a big manufacturer in digital imaging, adds new models to its line of affordable LCD Multimedia Projectors. After introducing Canon REALiS SX7 Mark II, Company brings six new projectors, named as LV-8310, LV-8215, LV-7385, LV-7380, LV-7285 and LV-7280.

These LCD Multimedia Projectors are compact and in lightweight. Canon projectors offer excellent quality and flexibility to end-user. Canon LV-8310 and LV-8215 have native 1280×800 resolutions and an aspect ratio of 16:10, on other hand LV-7385, LV-7380, LV-7285 and LV-7280 occupy lower end with a 1024×768 resolution. All projectors include improved lamp lighting system, that reduces power consumptions and extends lamp life up to 4,000 hours in Normal Mode and 5,000 hours in Quiet Mode.

When there is no input signal for one minute, Auto Energy Saver automatically switches projector to Quiet Mode. This helps in energy saving and extend life of lamp as well. All of them share same features but major difference lie in brightness, they offer. LV-8310 and LV-8215 are rated at 3,000 and 2,600 lumens of brightness. These ratings are shared with LV-7380 and LV-7285, on other hand LV-7385 and LV-7280 have 3,500 and 2,200 lumens ratings, respectively.

These projectors are ideal for displaying sharp, crisp pictures and vivid videos. Projectors feature RS-232 port, a built-in RJ-45 network port and DVI-I interface, which ensures a digital connection supports HDCP and HD contents. Canon LV-8310 and LV-8215 LCD Multimedia Projectors is priced for $1,199 and $1,099, respectively. Canon LV-7385, LV-7380, LV-7285 and LV-7280 LCD Multimedia Projectors are priced at $1,699, $999, $899, and $799, respectively. All six new LCD Multimedia Projectors are scheduled to ship in early April.
