Acer announces its new tiny K11 pico projector
This year, lots of interesting news are coming out of CeBIT show and Acer is not behind in this race. Acer recently announced latest addition to its range of ultra portable projectors at CeBIT trade show in Hannover, Germany. After revealing S5200 3D ready video projector, company rolled out its new pico projector, named as K11 DLP pico projector.
Acer K11 pico projector is ultra-portable, which adopts DLP technology for supporting a native resolution of 858 x 600 pixels. It has built-in USB and SD card readers and offers full access to high quality audio, video and pictures. K11 also supports HDMI port, which provides an excellent connectivity to high quality HD broadcasts. Overall measurement is just 122×116 mm and weight is 0.61 kg. This projector is very small and light, so it can even fit in a pocket for better convenience. K11 projector uses DLP technology with LED lamp technology for superb color saturation and contrast performance. Lamp technology extends lifetime of lamp to 20,000 hours and uses about 30 percent less power.
K11 pico projector also features Auto-shutdown, which automatically shuts down projector after a user defined period, without reception of any input signal. It is an ideal option for mobile users, who are looking for a handy device for instant projection. With its innovative LED technology, projector can provide 200 ANSI Lumens brightness for sharp and vivid images. Along with its compact size, projector also offers 2000:1 contrast ratio for bright, vibrant projections. Acer SmartFormat technology supports standard ratio (4:3), 16:9 displays and also vertical keystone correction of image up to 40 degrees.
K11 is an ideal projector for smaller environments. It’s ColorSafe and DLP technology provide better picture quality than traditional projectors. You can also insert a SDHC card or plug in a USB flash drive for enjoying playback music, photos and videos. With Acer InstantPack technology, power cord can be unplugged right after projector is turned off, so you can leave immediately whenever you want. Pricing and availability of K11 DLP pico projector is yet not confirmed.
